Send a grid that makes the issue clear

Email yardfill.helpful594@aleeas.com and name Gridwalk in the subject if you find a calculation issue or an unclear explanation.

Useful issue details

Provide a small non-sensitive grid, the displayed count, the answer you expected and the puzzle rule behind that expectation. If the issue involves the diagram or a control, include your browser, approximate screen width and what you clicked. The current text or JSON notes can preserve the input, exact count table and chosen route together. Review those notes before sending them.

A shared forwarding route

The public address is an existing verified forwarding alias used across the free-tool portfolio. It forwards to the owner's existing mailbox; it is not a dedicated new Gridwalk inbox. The private destination is not published. Email is optional and outside the local calculator, and your message is processed by email providers.

Check the grid model

The start is the upper-left cell and the destination is the lower-right. Only right and down moves are allowed, one cell at a time. Blocks cannot be crossed. A one-cell open grid has one empty route, while blocked endpoints and barriers can validly give zero routes. The method page and worked examples explain these distinctions.

Scope and response expectations

This free tool has no paid support tier or promised response time. It is intended for mathematical puzzles and teaching, not maps or real-world navigation. Do not send passwords, confidential worksheets or sensitive records. A small reproducible example is usually enough to show a counting or wording problem.
